Application and Reimbursement procedures for Flemish users
Flemish users need to submit a scientific proposal to use DUBBLE via the ESRF user portal. To this end, the box 'CRG proposal' should be checked (see example below). A list with available beam lines will pop up and you can choose either DUBBLE SAXS or DUBBLE XAFS, which refer to BM26 and BM14 respectively.
To take advantage of the exchange agreement with the Swiss-Norwegian beam lines please submit your proposal via 'CRG proposal' 'DUBBLE XAFS' and indicate in the body of the text of the proposal that you would like to make use of this arrangement.
Never submit proposals for DUBBLE via 'Standard ESRF Proposal'.
The deadline for the CRG proposals for DUBBLE beam time is April 1st and October 15th.
