AdcDac Class

This Class has only one value attribute.
This attribute is read on an Adc channel and is written on a Dac channel.
The ADC device should have a value attribute which should be a Tango::DevDouble.
The DAC device should have a R/W Tango::DevDouble value attribute.
The device state is FAULT if one of the 2 devices Adc or Dac is in Fault.
The device state is UNKNOWN if one of the 2 devices Adc or Dac is in UNKNOWN state.
The ADC and DAC devices are specified via Adc_name and Dac_name properties.
