Here are displayed the effects on a 10keV beam, which best focuses at 39.319m from the source.

 

 

The FWHM of the horizontal beam dimension at the focusing point is 0.293mm when both θx and θz are zero.

The FWHM of the horizontal beam dimension at the focusing point stays at approximately 0.293mm for all relevant angles θx. It does change for variations of θz (graph V).

For the relevant variations of θz, there are no significant changes in the position of the focusing point as there are for variations of θx (graphs II and III).
