* On the Y-axis we have the FWHM (Full Width Half Maximum) of the beam spectrum after the monochromator have been applied. At this point the beam spectrum has a Gaussian shape.
Number of photons in the beam (in 10^12 units)
The horizontal slit width was set constant at 30mm. For other horizontal slits widths the number of photons will simply be linearly proportional. These numbers take into account the Be-window connected to the Siemens monochromator.
