Upgrade designs in progress for IDs 02, 09, 10A, and 10B

The technical design reports are being prepared for the upgrade of ID02, and the conceptual design reports are in progress for ID09B and ID10A and B.

As part of the upgrade, ID10A and ID10B will be merged into one beamline, with XPCS and surface and interface scattering operating alternately.
