Single particle analysis

Typical SPA sessions are 48h. On demand, 24h sessions can be allocated. In specific cases, sessions up to 72h can be offered if justified.

Several grids can be collected in one session with the multigrid acquisition strategy, with the same data collection parameters.

Tilted acquisition (up to 40°) can be considered if previous high resolution data acquisition analysis displayed strong preferential orientations not solved by sample preparation optimization.

Tomography

Tomography sessions can be of 48-72h depending on the needs.
