Catering

A free cocktail lunch will be served on Wednesday 10 October at 12:00 at the ESRF restaurant guest room.

A free Wine and Cheese party will be served on Wednesday 10 October at 18:00 at the ESRF restaurant.

A free cocktail lunch will be served on Thursday 11 October at 12:00 at the ESRF guesthouse.

You will be asked to register for the three events on the official registration pages.

Refreshments - tea, coffee and fruit juice - will be provided during the workshop.

 

Accommodation

The ESRF organizes accommodation in the ESRF Guesthouse when requested on the registration form.

Single room: 33.13 € (breakfast 1.89€)
Double room in twin bedded room: 26.81 €/person (breakfast 1.89€))

Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is restricted to workshop participants, and is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.

PARTICIPANTS wishing to be accommodated in town have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below).
