ACCOMMODATION


The ESRF organizes accommodation in the ESRF Guesthouse when requested on the registration form.

Single room: 33.13 € (incl. breakfast VAT included) ;
Double room in twin bedded room: 26.81 € (incl. breakfast, VAT included)

Students might be accommodated in double rooms (if no more single available) - 2 nights are included in the registration fee.

Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is restricted to actual SYNEMAG participants, and is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.

PARTICIPANTS willing to be accommodated in town have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below).

MEALS


The registration fee covers 3 lunches (ESRF Restaurant on-site), coffee breaks, and the poster session aperitif. For other meals, participants are free to make their own arrangements. Evening meals taken at the canteen can be paid cash.

The workshop Dinner will be organised on 18 October after the poster session : participants are requested to register and to contribute by 20 €. (actual value more than 50 €)

Refreshments - tea, coffee and fruit juice - will be provided during the workshop.
