GUESTHOUSE

We have booked a limited number of single rooms at the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse on the EPN site from Tuesday, 13 December to Thursday, 15 December (2 nights). 

Allocation will be made on a first come, first served basis via the registration process (maximum 2 rooms per institute with the possibility of a third room and an additional night on request).  Confirmation of reservations will be sent by email in due course.

Please note that for security reasons, the Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons.

Participants who cannot be accommodated at the Guesthouse must make their own accommodation arrangements. This table presents a list of hotels with which we are accustomed to work with, conveniently located in the center of Grenoble, near bus and tram stops or near the train station. Participants must contact the hotel by e-mail preferably, and mention the ESRF/CEA negotiated prices.

Note

  • The Tram B joins the Avenue des Martyrs to Grenoble centre in 15 minutes, the ESRF is therefore easily accessible from hotels in the town centre.
