There are a few useful py scripts for data treatment and PT determination made by D.D. Anaconda is recommended to run all of them; it installs most of the required libraries. However, in some cases, you need to install them yourself. Simply run Anaconda Prompt (you can type it in the "search" field on your Windows computer). Go to the scrip directory (use "cd .." and "cd folder name"  or "cd script path") and run it by typing "python script name".
