Instructions for posters

All participants of the USTV School are invited to submit a poster contribution but the poster contribution is not mandatory. The title MUST BE REGISTERED using the appropriate section "Documents" of the electronic registration form. Please submit your poster title by 3rd November 2019.

Please bring your printed poster to the school.

The posters will be displayed during the whole event.

Important:

  • Submit the title of your poster on the registration page (do not upload an abstract)

Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.
