Organisation of the Poster Session

Participants are invited to submit posters on their recent work.

The Poster Session will take place on Monday, May 22nd, afternoon.
Posters must be registered in the "Documents" section of the electronic registration form.
Posters will be displayed grouped by field of research. Do not forget to select, in the registration form, the scientific topic your poster belongs to:

  • Data, artificial intelligence
  • Environmental sciences
  • Condensed matter, materials and energy
  • Biology, Health

Register Poster How to register your poster:

--> Register you poster(s) in the "Documents" section of the registration form: author(s), title and topic/field of research
  •  Do not submit an abstract for your poster
  • Select the field of research your poster belongs to
  • Maximum recommended poster size for panels: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format, vertical).
  • Please print your A0 poster (vertical) and bring it the day of the event, thank you
