Shadows on the Detector

If you see any strange shadows on the detector, this is usually caused by either the beamstop or capillary not sitting correctly in their supports OR the microdiff motors losing steps. To remedy the situation:

1. Check to make sure the capillary and beamstop are sitting correctly on their supports
   1. Take an image -- still bad? go to 2
2. Restart and microdiff software 
   1. Take an image -- still bad? go to 3
3. Reinitialise the microdiff from the microdiff software
