ESRF celebrates two years of ESRF-EBS On 2 September, the ESRF welcomed Sylvie Retailleau, French Minister of Research and Higher Education, and Olivier Véran, French Government Spokesperson and Minister in charge of democratic renewal. The visit marked the first two years of successful operation of the ESRF s Extremely Brilliant Source (EBS) with a symbolic ribbon cutting on the Experimental Hall footbridge.

Following the ESRF Council meeting on 29-30 November, ESRF Council chair Helmut Dosch, along with Council members and associates and ESRF director general Francesco Sette, celebrated with ESRF staff two years of successful operation of ESRF-EBS and two years of science.
