ID30B specific

Most applications are controlled via MxCuBE

ID30B is a 'spec free' beamline and uses the latest BLISS control software. This is mostly used by the beamline staff and local contacts to optimse the beamline and for beamline  diagnosis. To start this application you first need to click the 'ID30B control server' icon of the desktop Start button to launch the 'beacon server'. You can then click on the  'bliss shell' icon of the desktop Start button to launch the BLISS shell software.

Useful commands

• wa() - List all motor positions
• detcover.set_in()/detcover.set_out() - Put the detector cover in/out
• thgt.rmove(0.01)/ttrans.rmove(0.01) - Move the table height/horizontal translation 10 microns
• tfmad.status_read() - Reads the current CRL settings
• tfmad.tfin(1/2/3/4/5/6/7)/tfmad.tfout(1/2/3/4/5/6/7) - Sets the CRL lens configuration
