Future Development
We plan to develop Radia in a number of directions such as:
- CPU-time effective computation of the angular and spectral characteristics of the Synchrotron Radiation emitted by an electron beam in a magnetic field of arbitrary configuration.
- Increasing the library of shapes for the objects producing magnetic field.
- Accelerating the magnetic field computation and reducing the memory requirements.
- Improving the magnetic field computation method inside subdivided objects and close to their surfaces.
As usual, these developments will depend upon the support that we can obtain...
