Description : This is a 3D view of 4 periods of a 4 Magnet Focusing Undulator (4MFU) prototype constructed at DESY for the TESLA project. Only the lower part of the structure is shown for better clarity. The device consists of a conventional 27.3 mm period hybrid undulator combined with a FODO lattice of quadrupoles made of permanent magnets (in blue) .
