Video Synopsis of usage:
- Defining where your pucks are in the dewar (usually done by the local contact)
- Defining Molecular Replacement search models and ligands
- Logging in, synching MXcube3, characterisation and data collection
- X-ray Centering
- Helical data collection
- Connecting to remote.esrf.fr to connect to a hutch video camera, and manual (re)processing of data
- Connecting to, editing an XDS file and running XDS on visa.esrf.fr
Software overview:
- ISPYB: Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) linking individual crystals to their corresponding X-ray data.
- MxCuBE: Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the beamline control.
