Catering

Evening meals taken at the canteen can be paid cash.

Lunches will be taken at the canteen.

A Wine and Cheese party is organized on 25 June at 19:30 at the Cafeteria: participants are requested to register.

Refreshments - tea, coffee and fruit juice - will be provided during the workshop.

 

 Accommodation


The ESRF organizes accommodation in the ESRF Guesthouse when requested on the registration form.

Single room: 33.13 € (incl. breakfast VAT included) ;
Double room in twin bedded room: 26.81 € (incl. breakfast, VAT included)

Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is restricted to actual DEBIAN participants, and is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.

PARTICIPANTS willing to be accommodated in town have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below).
