Accommodation at the Guesthouse

The accommodation expenses will be taken in charge by the organisers.
 
All the participants will be accommodated at the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse on the EPN site, for a maximum of 3 nights (6, 7 and 8 October), provided that the request for accommodation arrangement is made through the registration form.

Please note that:

  • For security reasons, the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons and children under 15 are not permitted on site;
     
  • The opening hours of the guesthouse reception during the event are:
    • From Sunday 6 to Wednesday 9 October: from 7:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00
       
  • If you arrive outside the opening hours you will have to ask for your room key at the site entrance.

 

Meals

Please note the change in the organisation of meals due to the reopening of evening services at the restaurant on site.

So lunches on 7, 8 and 9 October, dinner on Monday 7 October will be organised at the EPN campus restaurant. Please remember to wear your workshop badge to access the restaurant.

The Wine and Cheese buffet on Tuesday 8 October will be served in the entrance hall of the ESRF main building.
