All participants are strongly encouraged to present their research during the symposium. 

The Poster Session will take place on the evening of Thursday 6th July during the cocktail/buffet reception.

The best posters will receive an award.

Selected abstracts will be invited to give a short talk (10 mins + 5 minutes of questions) in the plenary sessions. (Please indicate on the registration form if your abstract should be considered for a short talk)

(the selected abstracts for short talks will be announced by 10 June)

Poster session - Instructions

  • Please use this template to submit your abstract
  • Save and submit your document under your family name to facilitate its further processing (e.g.: SMITH_Poster.pdf)
  • Abstracts MUST BE REGISTERED using the appropriate section "Documents" of the electronic registration form
  • You can register first, and add the abstract later.  However the abstract deadline is 22 May 2023
  • Please indicate on the registration form if your abstract should be considered for a short talk.

Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.

Please put up your poster on registration on Thursday 6th July and remove on Friday 7th July during the afternoon coffee break.
