All participants of the 3rd iNEXT AUM are invited to submit an oral or poster contribution. The abstracts MUST BE REGISTERED using the appropriate section "Documents" of the electronic registration form. Please use this template to submit the abstract of your poster or lecture.

The posters will be displayed during the whole event. There will be two Poster Sessions, the first one together with a cocktail buffet on Monday 19th March from 19:30 to 21:00 and the other one on Tuesday 20th March during lunch.

Prizes for submitted abstracts

Based on the quality of the submitted abstracts, 3 iNEXT poster prizes of 100 € each will be awarded to young scientists (PhD or postdoctoral level).

In addition, iNEXT will contribute 250 € to the traveling costs of 5 users, whose abstracts have been selected for an oral presentation.

Poster session - Instructions

Important:

  • Submit an abstract on the registration page
  • Save and submit your document under your family name to facilitate its further processing (e.g.: bond.doc)

Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.
