Support Labs

Each year, thousands of scientists from all over the world come to the ESRF to perform their experiments.

The 48 experimental stations cater for almost every field of research including chemistry, biology, fundamental physics and surface science.

The ESRF offers users laboratory facilities for support in performing experiments and for the development and testing of new instrumentation.

To use the support laboratories, please indicate this during the beamtime application process and, if beamtime is allocated, book them through the A-form submission in the ESRF User Portal.
