Poster Session, Clips and Prize (Tuesday 4 February)
List of posters submitted until the deadline
Plenary Session Poster Session
The Poster Session will take place on Tuesday 4 February (18.00 - 19.30 ) during the plenary session:
► it will be integrated with two Poster Clip Sessions.
► A Best Poster Prize will also be awarded.
Instructions below.
The participants of the User Meeting are strongly encouraged to submit posters on their recent work made using data collected at the ESRF. Posters and poster clips MUST BE REGISTERED using the appropriate section "Documents" of the electronic registration form.
Important:
Maximum recommended poster size for panels: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format). Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers. |

The posters will be displayed grouped by field of research, according to the ESRF Experiments Division Groups (or the corresponding beamline). Do not forget to select, in the registration form, the scientific topic to which your poster belongs.
Deadline to submit posters
SUNDAY 19 JANUARY 2020
Posters registered after the registration deadline (Sunday 19 January 2020) will NOT appear in the list of posters published in the User Meeting booklet.
The Poster Session will be integrated with two Poster Clip Sessions which will take place during the plenary session (Tuesday 4 February).
A limited number of oral poster clips (each of 2 minutes) will be accepted.
Instructions
► Submit your poster through your registration form,
► Indicate if you wish to participate in the Poster Clip Session
The selection of the posters will be made on a "first come, first served" basis.
► Selected participants will be informed by Friday 24 January 2020 to prepare their contribution:
- maximum of 3 slides, in PDF format
- without animation
- for a presentation of 2 minutes / poster clip

A prize will be awarded for the Best Poster submitted for the User Meeting. The posters will be judged by the eight members of the User Organisation and the winner announced at the User Meeting dinner, on the evening of Tuesday 4 February.
If you wish your poster to be eligible for the best poster prize:
► UPLOAD, via your electronic registration form, a PDF FILE of your poster whose size must NOT EXCEED 10 MB.
► The uploaded posters will remain confidential and visible for evaluation only to the ESRF User Organisation Committee.
Deadline
The DEADLINE to send your poster PDF file is:
SUNDAY 19 JANUARY 2020
Embargo policy: Authors of poster(s) reporting work which may fall under an "embargo policy" should register their poster providing only the name of the author(s), the poster title and the field of research, and should NOT send the the PDF file of their poster. These posters will therefore NOT be eligible for the ESRF Best Poster Prize.
Reminder: ONLY the posters for which we have received a .pdf file will be eligible for the ESRF Best Poster Prize
