The ESRF organizes accommodation (in the ESRF Guesthouse on site or in hotels downtown) ONLY for: Invited Speakers, Invited Participants, bursaries (when agreed with the event's organisers) and the Users Organisation Members, provided that the request for accommodation arrangement is made through the registration form.

Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.

ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below).
