• BsXCube Error Message: "EDNA1 is dead. Please restart EDNA1.": This error message informs you that data processing is slower than expected. Press OK and wait for the run to finish. Once processing has finished, restart EDNA1 by double-clicking the restarting icon in the bottom left corner of the desktop.
  • Swithcing to/from HPLC mode from BsXCube does not work: In the sample changer software go to -> File -> User Preferences and tick/untick "Mode HPLC"
