How to kill/restart COServer

- sometimes connection between BsxCuBE and COServer is lost, COServer has to be restarted

- kill (and restart) it manualy from a command line: a) ask for pid of running COServer by 'ps -ef |grep COServer', b) kill it 'kill its_pid', c) restart it 'COServer.SO'
