A number of rooms have been pre-booked at the Hôtel Mercure Président (IMMW21 venue) from 23 to 28 June 2019. 
 
Bookings can only be made by filling in the dedicated booking form and returning it to the Hôtel Mercure.  Please note that the availability of rooms is guaranteed until 8 March 2019.  After this date the negotiated room rates remain valid but the availability of rooms is not guaranteed.

The ESRF has negotiated rates for rooms in some of the other hotels in Grenoble town center. To take advantage of these rates, participants should ask for the 'ESRF' rate, or, when specified, the 'CEA' rate.  Please provide proof of registration for IMMW21 when you do this.
