Accommodation at the Guesthouse

The accommodation expenses will be taken in charge by the organisers.
 
All the participants will be accommodated at the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse on the EPN site, for a maximum of 3 nights (10, 11 and 12 December), provided that the request for accommodation arrangement is made through the registration form.

Please note that:

  • For security reasons, the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons and children under 15 are not permitted on site;
     
  • The opening hours of the guesthouse reception during the event are:
    • On Sunday 10 December: from 7:00 to 12:00
    • From Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 December: from 7:00 to 18:00
       
  • If you arrive outside the opening hours you will have to ask for your room key at the site entrance.

 

Meals

Lunches on 11, 12 and 13 December, dinner on Monday 11 December will be organised at the EPN campus restaurant. Please remember to wear your workshop badge to access the restaurant.

The Wine and Cheese buffet on Tuesday 12 December will be served on the mezzanine of the ESRF main building.
