EXAFS-SAXS-WAXS 2014
photographs taken on 15th January 2014
The simultaneous measurement of SAXS, XAFS and WAXS has been possible on BM26A since 2014. Typical SAXS minimum q = 0.001Å-1 at 25 keV (Palladium edge). SAXS scans can be collected in 30s time frames and EXAFS frames in under five minutes.
