Guidelines for event participants

Since March 2021, SAP Concur is the application for the management of professional trips at the ESRF.

Following your registration to a conference organised by the ESRF, and as subsidised for your travel expenses by the ESRF, you are invited to submit your travel request in SAP Concur.

If you need travel tickets, you must book them online (via TRIP SEARCH), then add the other travel expenses planned during your trip and submit the whole request for approval.

We remind you that several SAP Concur user guides are available (see pdf files below). Please review them BEFORE making your travel request or your expense report.
